#TCMxTTH - From Reactive Thinking to Conscious Creation: Lessons from My Coaching Journey

There was a time in my life when I believed growth meant doing more.
More effort.More control.More discipline.
And while all of that helped me move forward externally, something within still felt unsettled. I had knowledge, I had tools, I had years of experience working with people—but my inner state was not consistently aligned. There were moments of clarity, but they did not stay. There were insights, but they did not always reflect in my responses.
What I eventually realised was this:I was accumulating knowledge… but not fully integrating it into my being.
That became the turning point of my journey.
From Doing More to Living With Awareness
My transformation has not been overnight. It has been layered, consistent, and deeply personal.
For the last ten years, meditation has been a part of my daily life—not as a ritual, but as a return to myself. In the last one year, I consciously deepened my practice of pause and gratitude.
These two practices—pause and gratitude—have quietly reshaped my internal world.
Earlier, I believed strength meant reacting quickly, solving fast, and staying in control.Today, I understand:True strength lies in the ability to pause.
Whenever something triggers me now, I do not rush into reaction. I step back internally and observe:
What exactly is happening? What is my mind saying about it?What am I feeling in this moment?
That pause creates space. And in that space, I am no longer reacting from old patterns.I am responding with awareness.
My Relationship With Emotions Has Evolved
One of the most profound shifts in my life has been how I see emotions.
Earlier, I would either suppress them or judge myself for feeling them—especially emotions like anger, comparison, or greed.
Now, I do not resist them.I acknowledge them.
I remind myself gently:“These are clouds. They will pass.”
This simple awareness has brought immense freedom.
Because when I stopped fighting my emotions, they stopped controlling me.
I consciously choose to hold on to what nourishes me—gratitude, love, and meaningful memories. And I allow the rest to pass through.
Without attachment.Without resistance.
The Shift to 100% Accountability
Another powerful transformation in my journey has been taking complete responsibility for my inner state.
Today, I live by this truth:I am 100% responsible for how I feel and respond.
This is not about blaming myself. It is about owning my experience.
Earlier, it was easy to say:“This situation made me feel this way.”“That person triggered me.”
Now, I see it differently.
Situations do not create my emotions. They reveal my internal patterns.
The moment I took full accountability, I stopped waiting for external change.I started working on my responses.
And that is where my power truly lies.
The Understanding of No Doership
One of the most liberating insights I have experienced is the concept of no doership.
Deep within, I feel that everything is unfolding through grace.
This does not make me passive.I show up fully.I give my 100%.I stay committed to my work and my purpose.
But I no longer carry the burden of controlling outcomes.
I do not force results.I align, act, and then surrender.
And I have seen this again and again:When I release control, life flows with more ease.
There is more synchronicity.More trust.More grace.
The Framework That Anchors Me: Panchakosha Stimulation
Over time, I realised that transformation cannot be one-dimensional. It has to be holistic.
That is where my Panchakosha Stimulation Framework became my foundation.
This is not just something I teach—it is something I live.
Every day, I consciously align all layers of my being:
Annamaya Kosha (Physical Layer)I nurture my body through movement, food awareness, and rest. Because I have experienced that a disturbed body cannot hold a peaceful mind.
Pranamaya Kosha (Energy Layer)Through breathwork and awareness, I regulate my energy. Even a few conscious breaths can shift my entire internal state.
Manomaya Kosha (Mental-Emotional Layer)Here, I work through journaling, reflection, and observing my thoughts. Instead of reacting, I process.
Vigyanmaya Kosha (Wisdom Layer)I connect with my intellect and ask:What is the right response? What is aligned with truth?
Anandamaya Kosha (Bliss Layer)Through meditation and surrender, I experience moments of deep peace, connection, and oneness.
The Golden Nugget: Anand Break
One practice that has truly changed my daily experience is something I call:Anand Break
Every two hours, I pause.
Not to check my phone. Not to distract myself. But to connect with myself.
I place my attention on my heart and ask:
How am I feeling right now?Am I at ease… or holding something within? Is there any resistance I need to release?
This small practice has become a game changer.
Because instead of accumulating stress,I release it in the moment.
Instead of disconnecting from myself,I keep returning to myself.
It is simple. But it has changed the equation of my happiness.
ling: My Inner Alignment Practice
Journaling is not just a habit for me.It is a mirror.
Whenever I write, I begin with one question:Am I operating from emotions… or from intellect?
If I am in emotion, I do not suppress it.I observe it.
If I move to intellect, I gain clarity.I begin to see facts clearly.Assumptions start dissolving.
But over time, I started asking something deeper:What is beyond intellect?
And that is where I discovered the space of the heart.
The intellect gives clarity. But the heart gives connection.
In the space of the heart, I experience:Empathy Compassion Love Respect for every individual
This is where judgment softens. This is where I stop proving and start understanding.
So today, my journaling follows a simple inner movement:
Emotion → Intellect → Heart
I acknowledge my emotions.I process them through intellect. And I rise into the heart.
Because:Right response is not just logical. It is also compassionate.
Consistency Over Intensity
Earlier, I believed in doing things intensely. Now, I believe in doing things consistently.
Because I have experienced:Transformation is not in what you do once.It is in what you do daily.
Meditation.Pause.Gratitude.Reflection.Anand Breaks.
These are simple practices. But when done daily, they rewire your entire system.
The Experience of Oneness and Abundance
Today, I experience a deep sense of oneness.
I feel connected—not just to people I like, but to everyone around me.
There is less judgment.Less comparison.Less resistance.
More acceptance.More compassion.More ease.
Abundance, for me, is no longer external. It is a state of being.
When I operate from gratitude, trust, and surrender,I naturally feel abundant.
And life reflects that back in beautiful ways.
The Truth I Live By Today
I no longer try to control life.I align with it.
I no longer try to eliminate challenges.I expand my capacity to handle them.
I no longer search for peace outside.I cultivate it within.
And above all:I trust that everything is unfolding with grace.
This is my journey.
Not perfect. Not complete. But deeply integrated, consistent, and real.
And if there is one thing I have truly understood, it is this:
Consistency, awareness, and connection with the divine…naturally lead you to transformation.
Curator’s Note
This piece beautifully shifts the lens from external achievement to internal alignment, highlighting that true transformation is not about acquiring more—but integrating deeply. It brings a profound insight: sustainable growth is rooted in awareness, consistency, and conscious living.
